Our Dogs
Our kennel consists of three dogs; Casey, Riley and Dutch.
Casey is our oldest dog at 12 yrs. She's a loving dog with a great nose. She is a great marking dog and loves the water. In the field she does not stop working. She is retired now from field trials but still hunts hard. She is a very biddable dog and everyone that meets her loves her. At 12 yrs old she will still retrieve a ball all day long.
Riley is Casey's daughter. She is a fun dog. She loves the water and is very fast. She is hunted over a lot and is a great marking dog. She never gives up. Due to my work schedule and the boys soccer I haven't had the time to get her titled but I can tell you that she is a great field dog. Very biddable and has a great nose. She takes after mother when it comes to marking. It's a shame I didn't have the time needed. That is her jumping off the dock.
Dutch is Blaze and Riley's daughter. She is our newest member of our family. She is a very biddable and birdy dog. We will be running her in Junior and Senior Hunter this year. She has a lot of her dad's traits.
Blaze was our only male. However, he is no longer with us. He acquired Lyme many years ago. This winter he became very sick and did not make it through the snowy, cold winter. He was a hard charging male with a great water attitude and loved to run blind retrieves. Everyone that knew him loved him. We miss him very much.
All of our dogs can do a days work in the field and on the water but when the fun is over they return back to the homebodies and family dogs that make them a complete golden.
